Happy St. Patrick’s Day

What a beautiful Saturday! I don’t think they get much better than this. The afternoon rain is perfect with all of our windows open. I had posted the other day about Lucy’s leprechaun costume. I took her next door to the assisted living home’s St. Patrick’s Day party and she tied for best costume. She kept the costume on the whole time, which was very surprising!

The 2 leprechauns got best costume.
How precious is he???

The staff is wonderful and did such a great job with the event!

Lucy was such a good sport!

I have started going to Zumba at the community center and at the First Baptist Church. The classes at the church are free, so if anyone ever wants to go, let me know. The instructor is easy to follow which makes the class fun. I was sitting in the sanctuary waiting for the class to start and you could just feel God there! The sun was shining through the windows and it was so peaceful. What a beautiful day he has blessed us with! So much to be thankful for!

We are fixing a traditional Irish meal tonight, so I will post later about that. The Corn Beef is in the crock pot. (Thank you, Surene, the crock pot is perfect!) Is anyone else trying any new Irish recipes tonight?

I made the Lucky Charm cupcakes I had seen on Pinterest. They turned out cute!

Hope everyone has a safe and fun St. Patrick’s Day!
