A while back I posted a recipe for Sweet and Spicy Pork. I made it again last weekend and we made nachos with the BBQ. They are so good that we have had them almost every night this week. (Not really on the diet plan!) But you just follow the recipe for the Pork and then top tortilla chips with the pork, pepper jack cheese, and cheddar cheese. Broil until cheese melts and then serve with jalapenos and sour cream. At Kroger they have a sour cream with chives that we are loving!
